2. You open up.I show you how your mind and emotions shape your energy. This prepares you to receive.
3. We tune in.We focus on where you want to be. That brings in the right frequency for change.
4. The healing.I send the energy. You rest and receive. Then I share what I saw.

After a session people feel lighter. More at peace. Clearer. Back in line with who they really are.
